厚朴的炮制研究

目的:明确厚朴的炮制沿革,对已有的相关研究进行综述。方法:查阅国内外相关文献并进行归纳总结。结果:厚朴炮制方法始载于《雷公炮炙论》,历代本草均有其炮制方法的记载,多为姜制,炮制目的为"不以姜制,则棘人舌喉"。现今厚朴沿用的炮制方法是净制去粗皮、切丝以姜汁制。姜厚朴的质量多以厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量来评价。结论:姜厚朴的炮制工艺不统一,质量标准有待提高。

Studies on Processing of Magnoliae officinalis Cortex

Objective: To clarify the evolution of the processing of Magnoliae officinalis cortex and to review the progress on this area. Method: The literature published in China and abroad was consulted and summarized. Result: The processing method of M. officinalis cortex was first described in Nanbei dynasty.Being fried with ginger juice was the mostly used processing method,and the purpose is to decrease the irritant on throat.The contents of magnolol and honokiol are used to evaluate the quality of the processed samples. Conclusion: Further study is needed to standardize the processing technology of M. officinalis cortex.
