摘    要:目的 通过对几种护理干预方法的效果观察,寻找预防化疗药物渗漏、减轻化学性损伤的方法.方法 在知情同意的前提下,采用患者自愿和随机分组的方法对几种干预措施进行效果观察.结果 普通输液针与留置针的比对在防止药物渗漏方面有着显而易见的差别;留置针留置使用与不留置使用、沿静脉走向涂MEBO与不涂任何药物的两组比对,均有显著的统计学意义.结论 采用留置针给予化疗药物可减少药物渗漏的几率;留置针不留置使用可减少静脉炎的发生;沿静脉走向涂抹MEBO可减轻静脉的损伤程度,三种方法联合使用是外周静脉化疗的理想选择.

Abstract:Objective To explore methods of preventing chemotherapeutics leakage and relieving chemical injuries by observing the effect of several nursing interventions. Method On the premise of informed consent, patients were divided randomly and voluntarily into several groups of different interventions to observe the effect respectively. Results There was a significant difference between common transfusion syringe needle and detaining needle in preventing drug leakage; there were both statistically significant difference between groups using detaining method or not and between groups using MEBO along the veins' direction or not. Conclusion Detaining needle can decrease the occurrence of drug leakage; using detaining needle with non- detaining method can decrease the occurrence of phlebitis; applying MEBO in the direction of veins can relieve the damage to veins. The three methods above in combination is beneficial during peripheral venous chemotherapy.
