湿润烧伤膏与凡士林在治疗体表脓肿切除术后创面的临床疗效

目的 对比观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)与凡士林在治疗体表脓肿切排术后创面的临床疗效.方法 体表囊肿伴脓肿切排术后创面分别采用湿润烧伤膏纱条和凡士林纱条换药治疗,分为湿润烧伤膏组和凡士林组,分别观察创面愈合时间、局部明显疼痛例数及术后复发率.结果 体表囊肿伴脓肿切排术后,伤口分别用湿润烧伤膏纱条和凡士林纱条换药治疗,伤口均愈合,但湿润烧伤膏组(9.7 d 4±1.5 d)较凡士林组(14.9 d±2.6d)愈合时间显著缩短(P<0.01),明显疼痛患者例数显著降低(7.5%与75.7%)(P<0.01),复发率也显著降低(1.3%与21.6%)(P<0.01).结论 应用湿润烧伤膏纱条治疗体表囊肿伴脓肿术后创面能够缩短愈合时间、减少患者疼痛及降低复发率,临床疗效显著.

The Clinical Therapeutic Effects of MEBO Wound Ointment and Vaseline in the Treatment of Surgical Wounds after Surface Abscess Excision

Objective To perform the comparative observation of clinical therapeutic effects of MEBO Wound Ointment and Vaseline in the wound treatment after surface abscess excision. Method Perform the dressing - change with MEBO Gauze and Vaseline Gauze respectively on the wounds after surface abscess excision of two groups ： MEBO Group and Vaseline Group and then the wound healing time, local pain scale and recurrence rate were observed. Results All wounds were healed, but MEBO group had apparently shorter periods of healing （ 9. 7 ± 1.5 ） than that （ 14. 9 ± 2. 6 ） of Vaseline group （P 〈 0.01 ） . The case of apparent pain complaints was significantly decreased （MEBO Group： 7.5%, Vaseline Group： 75.7%） （P〈0. 01） . Either did the recurrence rate （MEBO Group： 1.3%, Vasehne Group： 21.6%） （P〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion With the application of MEBO Gauze in the wound treatment after surface abscess excision, the healing periods can be apparently accelerated with lowered pain complaints rate and recurrence rate, clinical therapeutic effect being obvious.
