板栗落叶水浸提液对掌叶半夏种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:目的:研究板栗落叶水浸提液对掌叶半夏种子发芽率及幼苗生长的影响,为板栗-掌叶半夏林药间作模式适宜性提供参考。方法:以板栗落叶不同质量浓度水提液(20,40,60,80 g·L-1)为供体,蒸馏水为空白对照,对掌叶半夏种子发芽率、幼苗生长指标和过氧化氢酶(CAT),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化物酶(POD)酶活性进行测定。结果:板栗浸提液质量浓度低于60g·L-1时,掌叶半夏种子发芽率都在87%以上,幼苗株高平均在8.8 cm以上,与对照组比较差异不显著,但试验质量浓度达到80 g·L-1时,种子发芽率平均为61.33%,幼苗株高平均为7.60 cm,与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);在设置浓度下,根长低于空白对照组平均值2.90 cm(P<0.05);在质量浓度为20.40 g·L-1时,侧根数较对照组增加(P<0.05,0.01),但质量浓度为60,80 g·L-1时,侧根数却减少(P<0.01);不同浓度下,掌叶半夏叶片的CAT,SOD及POD酶活性与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:板栗浸提液质量浓度低于60 g·L-1时,对掌叶半夏种子发芽率及幼苗株高生长没有明显影响,但浓度过高会对幼苗根长、侧根数及叶片CAT,SOD,POD酶活性有不同程度的影响。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the influence of the aqueous extraction of the fallen leaves of Castanea mollissima on the germination rate and seedling growth of the Pinellia pedatisecta seeds,and to provide the reference of the rationality for the intercrop of C.mollissima and P.pedatisecta. Method: The germination rate,growth index of seedling and enzymatic activity of superoxile dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and peroxidal(POD) of the seeds of P. pedatisecta were investigated with distilled water as the blank by dealing with different concentrations of aqueous extraction(20,40,60,80 g ·L-1) of the fallen leaves of C.mollissima. Result: When the concentration was below 60 g ·L-1,the germination rate was above 87% and the average height of seedling was above 8.8 cm,with no significant difference compared with the control.While the concentration reached to 80 g ·L-1,the average germination rate was 61.33% and the average height of seedling was 7.60 cm,with significant difference compared with the contro(P<0.01).The root length of all treated groups was smaller than the average of the control,i.e.2.90 cm (P<0.05).The number of the laterals dealt with the concentration 20 and 40 g ·L-1 increased(P<0.05,0.01 respectively),while it diminished under the concentration 60 and 80 g ·L-1(P<0.01).The enzymatic activity of SOD,CAT and POD of the leaf blade of P. pedatisecta under different dealt concentration had significant difference compared with the control(P<0.01). Conclusion: When the concentration was below 60 g ·L-1,there was no significant influence on the germination rate and seedling growth,but there was some difference on the root length,the number of laterals,and the enzymatic activity of SOD,CAT and POD of the leave blade under high concentration.
