摘    要:铜绿假单胞菌是革兰阴性条件性人类致病菌,在环境中广泛存在,并且能引起严重的医院内感染。二元调控系统能够感受多种环境刺激并且做出恰当而快速的适应性生理反应,二元调控系统也参与了细菌的抗生素耐药性形成机制。主要的二元调控系统包括PhoP-PhoQ,PmrA-PmrB,CzcR-CzcS,CopR-CopS,GacA-GacS,RetS,LadS等,本文总结了目前已经发现的二元调控系统调节铜绿假单胞菌抗生素耐药性的机制,为解决抗生素耐药问题提供了新的治疗靶点。

Abstract:The Gram-negative opportunistic human pathogen Pseudomonas aeruginosa exists wide and also causes serious infections in hospitals. Two-component regulatory systems are designated to sense diverse stimuli and enact an appropriate and rapid adaptive physiological response, which are also involved in the mechanisms of antibiotic resistance. The major two-component regulatory systems include PhoP-PhoQ, PmrA-PmrB, CzcR-CzcS, CopR-CopS, GacA-GacS, RetS, LadS. Here we summarize the papers about these systems and provide insight into the mechanisms of antibiotic resistance in P.aeruginosa and novel therapeutic targets to conquer antibiotic resistance.
