摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定板蓝根制剂中R,S-告依春的含量。方法:采用Shiseido C18 MG(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相甲醇-0.02%磷酸溶液(7:93),检测波长245 nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30℃。结果:R,S-告依春在0.004 9~0.312 0 g·L-1内呈良好线性,r=1.000 0,平均回收率99.0%(RSD 2.04%)。结论:通过对市售15批板蓝根颗粒,8批复方板蓝根颗粒和3批板蓝根茶的含量测定,证明方法简单,准确可靠,重复性好。
