再生疗法治疗泛发性皮肤与皮下组织缺损的临床研究

摘    要:目的 进一步探讨原位再生疗法和美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBT/MEB0)治疗泛发性皮肤与皮下组织缺损的临床疗效.方法 选择2004年3月至2008年6月,4年间符合临床研究标准的我科体表组织缺损住院患者56例.全程应用原位再生疗法和美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBT/MEBO)治疗,通过光镜观察缺损部位愈合过程中近远期病理变化,缺损部位愈质量,愈合时间.结果 56例患者因原发病导致窒息死亡1例(占1.67%),未愈出院5例(占8.93%),治愈50例(占89.29%).平均愈合时间(62.26±12.59)d.治愈病例基本恢复了原有的外形和功能.无明显增生性瘢痕出现,达到了原位再生目的.结论 各种因素造成的多部位深度皮肤与皮下组织缺损,应用原位再生疗法治疗,均可达到原位再生修复的目的,可恢复良好的外形与功能.

Clinical study of regenerative therapy in the treatment of generalized cutaneous and hypodermal tissue defects

Abstract:Objective Further explore the clinical therapeutic effect of in situ regenerative therapy (MEBT/MEBO) on the treatment of generalized cutaneous and hypodermal tissue defects. Methods 56 in hospital patients with body surface tissue defects meeting the clinical study criteria in our department from March 2004 to June 2008 were enlisted to be treated with in situ regenerative therapy all along, main statistical indicators included degree of tissue defect, therapeutic method, healing time and short - term and long - term observations. Results Among 56 patients, one ( 1.67% ) died of suffocation due to the primary disease, 5 ( 8.93% ) left hospital without healing, 50 ( 89.29% ) were cured with an average healing time of 62. 26 _+ 12. 59 d, among which 4 (7. 14% ) were treated in combination with a little postage stamp graft. Cured pa- tients mainly recovered original appearance and functions without apparent hypertrophic scarring, achieved re- generation in situ. Conclusion Multiple sites of deep cutaneous and hypodermal tissue defects due to various causes were treated with in situ regenerative therapy and generally achieved regenerative reparation in situ with the recovery of good appearance and functions.
