成功治愈表皮葡萄球菌败血症致成人暴发性紫癜1例

采用糖皮质激素冲击治疗表皮葡萄球菊败血症致成人暴发性紫癜1例，患者女，27岁。双下肢反复出现瘀斑，肿痛3个月，发热2个月，12h内疼痛性瘀斑迅速扩展，并出现血疱及皮肤坏死，骨骼及血培养可见表皮葡萄球菌生长。经抗感染和甲泼尼龙冲击治疗后基本治愈，患处遗留黑色焦痂及淡褐色斑片。

Successful treatment of purpura fulminans caused by Staphylococcus epidermidis: a case report

Here is reported an adult patient with purpura fulminans associated with Staphylococcus epidermidis septicemia, who had successfully treated by pulsed corticosteroid. A 27-year-old female complained the purpura with swell and pain on the low extremities for 3 months and had fever for 2 months. Recently the purpura expanded abruptly in 12 hours and developed into hemorrhagic blisters and necrosis. Staphylococcus epidermidis was detected in the blood and marrow samples by the cultures. The patient recovered after the treatment with pulsed methylprednisolone and antibiotics. Eschars and lightly brown patches were left.
