720例泌尿生殖道感染者病原检测结果分析

摘    要:目的 了解目前本地区性病患者体内病原体的感染状况和分布规律。 方法 对就诊的 72 0例有泌尿生殖道炎症表现者采样进行淋球菌、支原体、衣原体、白色念球菌 4种常见病原体检测。 结果 实验室检查阳性者 43 8例 ,阳性率 60 8% ,其中男性阳性率为 64 5 % ,高于女性的 5 5 0 % (P <0 0 5 ) ;4种病原体中支原体检出率最高 ,为5 4 3 % ,淋球菌检出率最低 ,为 6 1% ;混合感染型占 5 5 0 % ,高于单纯感染型的 45 0 %。 结论 本市泌尿生殖道感染者中 ,支原体、衣原体感染引起的非淋菌性尿道炎 (NGU)多于淋病 ,支原体是目前本地区NGU的主要病原体 ;病原体以混合感染形式居多 ,提示临床性病诊断时应注意多种病原体同时检测 ,对混合感染者施行联合治疗措施。

Abstract:Objective To understand the present infection status and distrbution of microbes in vivo of the patients with sexually transmitted disease in local. Methods 720 cases with inflammation symptom of genitourinary were tested,the tested microbes include gonococcus,mycoplasma, chlamydia, and white candidiasis. Results 438 cases were positive among 720 cases,the positive rate was 60.8%,it was higher in male (64.5%) than that in female (55.0%); the positive rate of mycoplasma (54.3%) was the highest and the gonococcus's (6.1%) was the lowest in 4 kinds of microbe; the ratio of single infection (45.0%) was higher than complex infection (55.0%). Conclusion The incidence rate of nongonoccal cause of mycoplasma and chlamydia was higher than gonorrhea infection, and mycoplasma was the major pathogen that cause of NGU in the city,the paper indicates that multiple detection of the pathogens be made and the measure of combined treatment be conducted for mixed infections.
