抑郁症与血清瘦素水平相关性研究

目的探讨抑郁症与血清瘦素水平的相关性。方法将30例抑郁症患者设为患者组，30例健康成人设为对照组；患者组常规口服SSRI类抗抑郁剂治疗，观察6周。于治疗前及治疗6周末采用汉密顿抑郁量表评定抑郁状况；患者组于治疗前及治疗6周末，对照组于入组时采用放射免疫法检测血清瘦素水平，对两组检测结果进行相关分析。结果患者组治疗前血清瘦素水平显著高于对照组（t=7．172，P＜0．01）；治疗6周末较治疗前有显著性下降（t=7．007，P〈0．01），且与对照组无显著性差异（t=0．481，P〉0．05）。患者组治疗6周末汉密顿抑郁量表总分较治疗前有显著性下降（P〈0．01），但仍显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论抑郁症患者血清瘦素水平异常增高，可能与抑郁症状有关，不同抗抑郁药物对血清瘦素水平有不同程度的影响。

The correlation study of depression and serum leptin levels

Objective To explore the correlation between depression and serum leptin levels. Methods Thirty depression patients were assigned to patient group and 30 healthy adults to control group; patient group took orally SSRI antidepressants for 6 weeks. Depression status was assessed with the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale（HAMD） before treatment and at the end of the 6th week; serum leptin concentrations were detected before treatment and at the end of the 6th week in the patient group and at intake in the control group, correlation analyses were conducted for detected results of the 2 geoups. Results Serum leptin levels were significantly higher in patient group than in the control group before treatment （t=7. 172, P〈0.01） ; at th end of the 6th week, those lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment in patient group（t= 7. 007, P〈0.01） and had no significant differences from control group（t=0. 481, P〉0.05）. At the end of the 6th week, HAMD scores lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment in patient group（P（0.01）, but were significantly higher compared with control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Depression patients have abnormally heightened serum leptin levels which may be related to depressive symptoms, and different antidepressant drugs have some degree impact on serum leptin levels.
