| 摘 要： | 目的探讨P53、BCL-2基因在肺癌发生、分化中的作用机制及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测P53、BCL-2蛋白在55例肺癌的不同病理类型中的表达情况。结果P53在肺鳞状细胞癌中的表达率为51.7%,在肺小细胞癌中的表达率为60.0%,在腺癌中的表达率为61.5%,经统计学分析,无明显相关性(P>0.05):BCL-2在肺小细胞癌(SCLC)中的表达率为80.0%,在肺非小细胞癌(NSCLC)中的表达率为36.0%,经统计学分析,有相关性(P<0.05)。结论P53蛋白与肺癌有密切关系,但与组织学类型无关:BCL-2蛋白与肺癌的组织学类型有密切关系(P<0.05)。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of P53, BCL-2 in the 55 cases o f lung cancer. Methods The expression of P53 protein and BCL-2 proteins were st udied by S-P immunohistochemistry in 55 cases of lung cancer. Results The expre ssion of P53 protein shows 51.7%in squamous carcinoma, 60.0%in small cell lung carcinoma, and 61.5%in adenocarcinoma. There is no significantly different bet ween P53 protein and histological type. The expression of BCL-2 protein shows 8 0.0%in small cell lung carcinoma (SCLC), and 36.0%in NSCLC. The expression of BCL-2 proteins was studied showed significantly different between SCLC and NSCL C (P<0.05). Conclusion P53 protein and BCL-2 protein play role in oncogenesis a nd progression of lung cancer. |
