| 摘 要： | 目的：评价坚固内固定术在治疗颌面骨多发性骨折的临床应用效果；方法：用多系统的坚固内固定材料治疗颌面骨复杂性骨折56例进行临床疗效观察；结果：骨折断端复位良好，固位可靠，咬合关系及张口度恢复正常；结论：坚固内固定术治疗颌面骨骨折操作直接，复位、固定安全可靠，优于传统的治疗方法、无需传统的颌间牵引固定，减轻了患者的痛苦，缩短了疗程。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of strengthening internal fixation on compound fracture of facial bone.Methods:Multisystematic materials of strengthening internal fixation were used to compound fracture of facial bones in 56 cases,then efficacy was analyzed Results:The reduction and fixation of fracture were improved.The level of occlusion and mouth-opening recovered.Conclusion:The therapy of strengthening internal fixation is direct,safe,superior to traditional treatment of traction of facial bone.It can relieve the patient's pain and shorten course of treatment. |
