| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨综合健康教育对西安市城市流动女性艾滋病(AIDS)知识、态度及行为的干预效果.方法]选取西安市8个社区内符合纳入标准的城市流动女性584人并随机分为干预组和对照组.对干预组进行为期4个月的综合性健康教育,对照组采用空白对照.干预前后应用艾滋病知识、态度及行为调查问卷进行评估.结果]实施综合健康教育后,两组艾滋病相关知识回答正确率、艾滋病相关态度评分、正确使用安全套率比较差异有统计学意义.结论]西安市城市流动女性艾滋病知识总体认知水平中等,对艾滋病态度的正向倾向性较差,并存在高危行为.综合健康教育对提高城市流动女性艾滋病知识、转变其态度及部分行为具有较好的干预效果.
