类风湿关节炎能量多普勒血流与VEGF表达的关系

目的探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者能量多普勒(PD)血管指数(VI)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的相关性。方法超声检测RA患者46例(活动期21例,缓解期25例),正常对照组30例,利用计算机软件对PD血流信号进行定量分析,采用ELISA法对血VEGF进行定量检测,对二者进行相关性分析。结果活动期与缓解期、对照组血流信号VI值及血清VEGF值比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。且两者具有良好相关性(r=0.82,P<0.01)。结论 PD检测RA患者血流与体内促血管生长因子的表达具有一致性,能较好反映疾病不同阶段血管生成状态。

Correlation between power Doppler ultrasound vascularity index and VEGF in blood of rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To investigate the correlation between power Doppler（PD） vascularity index（VI） and vascular endothelial cell growth factor（VEGF） in blood of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods PD was performed on 46 patients with RA（21 in active stage,26 in paracmasis）.30 normal persons were the control.VI of PD was measured with computer imaging analysis software.VEGF in blood was detected with ELISA.The correlation between them was analyzed.Results The VI and VEGF in active stage group was higher than that in paracmasis and normal group.There was significant difference between them（P0.01）,and a good correlation was shown between VI and VEGF（r=0.82,P0.01）.Conclusions PD VI as a indicator for angiogenesis is useful for differential diagnosis of RA in different stages.
