山醇提取物治疗实验性脑梗塞

摘    要:采用光化学诱导法建立Wistar鼠大脑中动脉闭塞脑缺血模型,应用具有强力血小板活化因子(PAF)受体拮抗作用的中药山醇提取物治疗实验性脑梗塞,通过局部脑血流量(rCBF)、脑组织含水量、血浆粘度及脑组织超微结构改变等指标观察,发现山醇能改善缺血区脑组织的CBF,减轻脑水肿,降低血浆粘度,减轻缺血后神经元线粒体的肿胀,减少核的坏死溶解,具有一定的脑保护作用

Abstract:Alcoholic extract of Piper hancei(PHE) which is of a role of Plateiet activation factor receptor antagonist was applied to treat the experiment rat cerebral ischemia induced by photochemical occlusion of middle cerebral artery. The results showed that the PHE could elevate the rCBF in ischemic region, reduce the cerebral edema and the plasma viscosity, and relieve the ischemic neuronal necrosis. The authors suggested that the PHE had an effect on cerebral protection in experimental cerebral infarction.
