腹内胃肠道外间质瘤影像学与病理分析

目的：探讨腹内胃肠道外间质瘤的影像学表现与病理特征。方法：搜集经手术和病理证实胃肠外间质瘤患者6例，对其影像学（超声检查和CT扫描）和病理表现进行回顾性对比分析。结果：（1）肿瘤位于腹膜后4例，肠系膜1例，大网膜1例，瘤体最大直径20cm，最小8cm，均为恶性。（2）超声检查和CT扫描发现均质实性肿块1例，囊实性肿块5例，中低回声和CT增强中度以上强化。（3）瘤细胞免疫组织化学染色6例CD117均呈弥漫性强阳性，5例CD34阳性。结论：对腹内胃肠外间质瘤的诊断，影像学表现结合病理特征分析可提高诊断率。

Analysis of the imaging and pathology of extragastrointestinal stroml tumors

Objective To discuss the features of the imaging and pathology of extragastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods Six cases surgically and pathologically proved extragastrointestinal stromal tumors were collected. The imaging features and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Ultrasonic examination, plain and enhanced CT were performed in all cases. Results (1)Tumor occurred in retropeitoneal in 4 cases, in mesentery in 1 case and in grant omentum in 1 case. The diameter of tumors ranged from 8 to 20 cm. All cases were malignant tumors.(2)CT scanning and ultrasound showed homogeneon solid in 1 case and cycstic-solid masses in 5 cases.(3)CD117 showed intensively positive in 6 cases and CD34 positive in 5 cases by means of immunohistochemistry. Conclusion To combine the imaging and pathologic features can improve the diagnostic rate of extvagastrointestinal stromal tumors.
