摘    要:目的探讨叶酸及维生素C对高温引起的神经管畸形(NTD)的保护作用。方法孕鼠随机分为实验组(A,B,C)和对照组,A组(孕前第8天开始灌服叶酸及维生素C)、B组(孕后第1天开始灌服)和C组(不灌服)孕鼠分剐于孕第8天高温处理。对各组胎鼠进行形态学观察,记录并计算植入数、活胎数、死胎数、畸形数及NTD发生率。结果各组鼠胚均出现不同类型的NTD,C组NTD发生率最高,为78.3%.结论叶酸及维生素C对高温致NTD有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the the roles of folic acid and vitamin C in neural tube defect(NTD) induced by hyperthermia.Methods The animal was divided randomly into experimental groups(A,B and C) and contral group.Experimental A(given folic acid and vitamin C 8th before pregnancy),B(given them 1st after pregnancy) and C(not given) were received hyperthermia.Observed the morphological changes in golden hamster fetuses.Results There were all kinds of NTD in each group.Incidence rate of NTD in experimental C was the highest,about 77.5%.Conclusion Folic acid and vitamin C protected the embryos from NTD induced by hyperthermia.
