| 摘 要： | 简要介绍应用卤虫进行检毒试验，这是一种生物学测毒方法，具有操作简单、快速、覆盖面宽、技术容易掌握、所需设备不复杂等优点，并阐述了卤虫的特性、存活条件、Ⅱ～Ⅲ期无节卤虫培养孵化方法。应用卤虫进行快速检毒试验方法和用于食物中毒样品测毒，同时对该方法应用领域及有关问题进行了探讨，提示在日常食品卫生监督工作中，可应用卤虫对食品进行安全可食性筛选试验。

The Application of Ariemia saliva to Detect Toxin |

| Abstract: | o introduce application of Ariemia saliva to detect toxin test and further study the issues on applications. It is a kind of method for biological detecting toxin and indicate the specility of Ariemia saliva, keep its alive condition,Ⅱ-Ⅲ period non segment Ariemia saliva culture and hatching method. This is easy, rapid and wide coverage method, it shows toxin detection results for food poisoning samples are in accordance with the on site investigation data as well as the results of using chemistry detection method. The method can be applied for detecting food and its ability safety screen test for routine food health surveillance services. |
