摘    要:目的::探讨深度烧伤治疗中异种皮作微粒皮移植覆盖物的临床应用效果。方法:选取80例深度烧伤患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采用异体皮作微粒皮移植覆盖物治疗,观察组采用异种皮作微粒皮移植覆盖物治疗,对2组患者术后第4周微粒皮成活率和创面愈合时间进行分析。结果:观察组患者的术后创面愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01),但2组患者术后第4周微粒皮成活率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:深度烧伤治疗中异种皮作微粒皮移植覆盖物安全可行,术后愈合快,疗效与异体皮作微粒皮移植覆盖物治疗相当。

Effect of heterogeneous particle skin graft in the treatment of deep burn
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical application effects of heterogeneous particle skin graft in the treatment of deep burn. Methods:Eighty patients with deep burn were randomly divided into the study group and control group by cluster sampling method(40 cases each group) . The control group and study group were treated with allogeneic skin graft covering and xenogenic skin graft covering, respectively. The survival rate of particle skin and wound healing time between two groups were statistically analyzed after 4 weeks of operation. Results:The wound healing time in study group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0. 01). The difference of the particle skin survival rate between two groups was not statistical significance after the first 4 weeks of operation(P>0. 05). Conclusions:The treatment of deep burn with skin graft covering the particles is safe,feasible and quick healing.
