| 摘 要： | 目的：对青霉素多种过敏反应的机理及其治疗对策作一综述。方法：对青霉素过敏反应的机理及其防治方法加以分析。结果：展现青霉素若干种过敏反应 发生机理及治疗预防对策的最近成果。结论：根据青霉素若干种过敏反应的发生机理，采取有效的防治对策，对避免过敏反应的严重后果，有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To systematically review the pathogenesis of allergic reactions to penicillin and their prevention and treatment.Methods:Date on the allergic reactions to penicillin were obtained by review.Pathogenesis and their prevention and treatment were the focus of this analysis.Results:All applicable data on the pathogenesis of allergic reactions to penicillin,and their prevention and treatment were extracted.Conclusion:According the pathogenesis of allergic reactions to penicillin,adopting effective strategy for the prevention and treatment would be of great importance to prevent severe outcome of these specific allergic reactions. |
