寸口脉的脏腑定位

脉象信息具有多元性和复杂性,寸口脉的脏腑定位最早可追溯到《黄帝内经》,之后《难经》确立了寸口脉与人体上焦、下焦及中焦的对应关系,《脉经》进一步提出脏腑表里与寸口脉定位的关系等。现代医家对寸口脉脏腑定位的认识有2个方面:一是微观脉学的精确性认识,认为寸口脉应依据神经分布、血液供应来确定;二是辨证脉学的系统性认识,认为寸口脉的脏腑定位是其功能系统的投射定位。然寸口脉的脏腑定位并不是一个恒常态,而是一个动变态,与医者对前人理论的接受程度、个人的指下感觉和认知水平有关,因人而异。
