川芎嗪对肿瘤化疗患者血小板功能的影响

摘    要:目的观察川芎嗪对肿瘤化疗患者血小板功能的影响以及与化疗疗效之间的关系,揭示活血化瘀法对化疗增效的机理。方法将180例肿瘤化疗患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各90例,治疗组为化疗同步应用川芎嗪(80 mg/d,1次/d,静脉滴注),对照组为单纯化疗,对比患者血小板指标差异及治疗有效率(RR)、受益率。结果治疗组受益率82.2%,有效率57.78%,对照组受益率75.61%,有效率51.22%,2组比较,P<0.05,有统计学意义;治疗后血小板指标较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪与化疗同步应用能明显改善肿瘤患者高凝状态,提高化疗疗效。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) on platelet function and the relationship with chemotherapy of tumor patients. To prove that activating blood and resolving stasis for chemotherapy's impact is efficient. Methods 180 patients with tumor were divided equally into treatment group (90 cases) and control group (90 cases) on random. The treatment group was synchronously received chemotherapy and TMP ( 80 mg/d, i/d, Injection) ; the control group was only using chemotherapy.To compare the platelet index difference, effective rate of treatment (RR), and benefit rate between the two groups. Results The clinical benefit rate was 82.2% in treatment group, and 75.61% in control group. The effective rate was 57.78 % in treatment group, and 51.22% in control group (P 〈 0.05). The differences both had statistical significance. After the treatment the platelet index had significant improvement, and treatment group was supe- rior to control group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The hypercoagulable state of tumor patients in treatment group had signifi- cant improvement. The TMP combined with chemotherapy could heighten the curative effect of chemotherapy.
