| 摘 要： | 肺间质纤维化西医的发病机制至尚不十分清楚,中医对该病的认识和研究取得一定的进展,认为血瘀既是肺纤维化的病理产物,也是病情加重的主要因素。在肺间质纤维化早期,外邪袭肺或肺本亏虚,津液输布发生障碍,均可导致血瘀的产生,而血瘀在病情的发展过程中又可引起各种病理变化,使病情进一步加重。因此,血瘀贯穿肺间质纤维化病程的始终,对肺间质纤维化的发生发展有着深刻的影响。

| Abstract: | The pathogenesis of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis （PF） is not very clear. However, some progress has been made in understanding and research of traditional Chinese medicine on this disease. Blood stasis, the main factor for exacerbations,is a pathological product of pulmonary fibrosis. In the early stage of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, lung injury by external pathogens, lung deficiency and body fluid distribution obstacles can lead to blood stasis. And blood stasis in the process of development of the disease can lead to a variety of pathological changes, which further aggravate the condition. Therefore, blood stasis exists in the whole course of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. It has a profound influence on the occurrence and de- velopment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. |
