沈仲理教授治疗心脏疾病

沈仲理教授从中医理论出发,认为心气心血不足是心脏疾病发病的重要原因,并与脾、肺、肾三脏密切相关。心脾两虚、水火不济、心肝火旺、水凌心肺等均可引起心悸、怔忡、胸痹、水饮、咳喘等病证。处方用药以补益气血、养血宁心为总治疗原则,灵活应用活血化瘀、养心安神、利水平喘、通络止痛等方法,临床务求实效。同时,沈师认为临床上心脏疾病以心阴虚、心血虚、心肾阳虚和心脾气虚4型较为多见,自创心1、心2、心3、心4号方辨证施治,临证结合不寐、眩晕、胸痛、便溏、纳呆等随症加减。此外,心脏病为慢性疾病,当缓治以求本。封蛰之际,常拟膏方调之,以期来年之康健。

The Experience of TCM Treatment on Cardiac Disease by Professor SHEN Zhongli

Based on traditioanal Chinese Medicine theroy, Professor Shen believed that the main pathogenesis of heart disease is Qi and Blood deficiency. It is also closely related to spleen, lung, and kidney. Heart and spleen deficiency, heart and kid- ney uncooperative,heart and liver hyperfunction, heart and lung flooding and so on would always cause palpitation, chest pain, cough or more. The principle for this disease is to replenish Qi and blood, nourish and calm down heart, combining with promoting blood circulation, smoothing heart, relieving cough and stopping pain. Meanwhile, Mr. Shen invented three pre- scriptions to treat deficiency of heart Yin, deficiency of heart blood, heart and kidney yang deficiency and spleen Qi deficien- cy respectively, as well as treating insomnia, dizziness, chest pain, diarrhea and anorexia. Besides, as heart disease is always considered to be a chronic disease, patients are suggested to take grease drugs during winter seasons. This article briefly stat- ed Master＇s academic ideas and treatment characteristics for further study.
