中医辨证治疗功能性消化不良

中医学认为,功能性消化不良病机在于脾气亏虚,肝气犯胃,属虚实夹杂之证。目前尚缺乏公认的辨证分型标准,多数医家将本病分为脾虚气滞证、肝胃不和证、脾胃湿热证、脾胃虚寒证、寒热错杂证5个证型,并据此拟益气健脾和胃、疏肝和胃、辛开苦降、理气化瘀、化浊降逆等治疗方法。

TCM treatment for functional dyspepsia

Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia is spleen deficiency and the attack of liv- er-Qi on stomach. It is a syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess. Currently, we are lack of a recognized syndrome type standard. Most physicians summarized it into five syndrome types such as spleen Qi stagnation, disharmony of liver and stomach, damp heat in spleen and stomach, deficient cold of spleen and stomach, cold and heat syndrome. According to those five types, methods as replenishing Qi to invigorate the spleen, dispersing stagnated liver Qi for regulating stomach, regulating Qi to dissipate blood stasis and pungent and amara drugs are adopted.
