| 摘 要： | 目的测定山羊角药材灰分的含量,修订山羊角药材质量标准。方法按照《中华人民共和国药典》2010年版(一部)附录ⅨK灰分测定法对10批不同产地山羊角药材的灰分进行测定。结果 10批不同产地山羊角药材,总灰分测定结果示浙江金华总灰分含量最高(2.522%),广东电白最低(0.799%),平均值为1.432%;酸不溶性灰分测定结果最高为1.659%(浙江金华),最低为0.333%(广东电白),平均值为0.678%;总灰分测定结果均未超过3.0%,酸不溶性灰分均未超过2.0%。结论山羊角药材中灰分测定对其质量标准研究有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To determinate the ash content in cornu caprae hircus and revise the quality standard of Cornu caprae hircus. Methods According to Chinese Pharma-copoeia in 2010 edition（ first part）,the appendix IX K＇s ash determine method to determinate 10 batches of ash in Cornu caprae hircus from different producing areas. Results The total ash average content was 1. 432%,and the highest was 2. 522% in Jinhua,the lowest was 0. 799% in Dianbai. Acid insoluble ash average was 0. 678%,the highest was 1. 659%（ Jinhua） and the lowest was 0. 333%（ Dianbai）. The total ash determination results are not more than 3. 0%. Acid insoluble ash results are not more than 2. 0%.Conclusion It is important to dererminate ash in cornu caprae hircus for quality standard. |
