香砂六君子汤加味合盐酸昂丹司琼注射液治疗化疗后恶心呕吐

目的观察香砂六君子汤加味合盐酸昂丹司琼注射液对化疗后恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法将76例全身化疗的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组39例,对照组37例,2组均给予盐酸昂丹司琼注射液静脉注射(在顺铂给药前15 min静脉注射盐酸昂丹司琼8 mg),治疗组加服中药汤剂(党参、黄芪、白术、茯苓等,1剂/d),化疗前1天开始服用,连服6 d后比较疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为87.1%,优于对照组的59.4%(P<0.05)。结论香砂六君子汤加味能升脾气、降胃气、化痰浊,配合盐酸昂丹司琼注射液可有效治疗化疗后恶心呕吐反应。

Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction Modified with ondansetron hydrochloride injection for the trealment of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction Modified combin Ondansetron Hy- drochloride Injection in the treatment of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy. Methods 76 patients of malignant tumor after chemotherapy randomly assigned to the treatment group 39 cases, the control group 37 cases, the 2 groups both given in- travenous injection of ondansetron hydrochloride injection, the treatment group added traditional Chinese medicine decoction, taking it 1 days before chemotherapy, comparising after 6 days of continuous use. Results The effective rate of the treatment group is 87.1% and the rate of the control group is 59.4%, There was significant difference between the 2 groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction Modified could significantly improve the treatment efficiency of Ondansetron Hydrochloride Injection in the treatment of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy.
