祛湿止带汤对宫颈环形电切术后创面愈合及止血时间的影响

目的探讨宫颈环形电切术术后服用祛湿止带汤的疗效观察。方法选取2011年8月—2013年4月本院妇科收治的宫颈上皮内瘤变LEEP术后患者60例,随机分成对照组和治疗组,各30例。治疗组口服祛湿止带汤(车前草、白术、茯苓、薏苡仁等)及常规用药;对照组予常规用药。观察并记录患者宫颈创面愈合率、愈合时间、排液时间和脱痂出血时间。结果术后随访4周,治疗组宫颈创面愈合率(93.3%)高于对照组(73.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后阴道排液及脱痂期出血时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组创面愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫颈上皮内瘤变患者LEEP术后服用祛湿止带汤能促进创面愈合,使愈合时间缩短,有效改善术后阴道排液、创面出血情况。

Effect of Qushi Zhidoi Decoction in treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasias with loop electrosurgical excision procedure

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Qushi Zhidai Decoction in treatment of patients with cervical in- traepithelial neoplasias （CIN） after loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） .Methods A total of 60 cases with CIN after LEEP were selected in our hospital from August 2011 to April 2013.They were randomly and equally divided into the control group and treatment group, either 30 cases. The control group received conventional treatment, while the treatment group received conventional therapy combined with Qushi Zhidai Decoction （plantain, atractylodes rhizome, Poria cocos, coix seed etc. ）. The wound healing rate and time of wound healing, vaginal discharge and bleeding were compared between the two groups. Results After four-week follow-up, the wound healing rate in the treatment group was 93.3%, significantly higher than 73.3 % in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. But there were no significant differences between the two groups after 8-week follow-up. The time of wound healing, vaginal discharge and bleeding was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Qushi Zhidai Decoction can help promoting wound healing, and improve vaginal discharge and bleeding in patients with CIN after LEEP.
