| Abstract: | This paper describes the ways to effectively shorten preoperative hospital stay and average length of stay, including strengthening the hospital management, improving outpatient and inpatient service, optimization and adjustment of medical service structure, and the promotion of new technology after health reform, which finally can achieve win-win for both patients and hospitals. |
