头针联合高压氧治疗脑梗死疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨头针联合高压氧治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法240例脑梗死患者,随机分成两组,常规治疗组(对照组)和头针联合高压氧治疗组(观察组)各120例。对照组只采用常规药物治疗.观察组除了常规药物治疗外.加用头针联合高压氧治疗。结果观察组基本治愈率达52.5%,高于对照组的35%,观察组的总有效率为95%,高于对照组的87.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);治疗后,观察组神经功能缺损评分较对照组下降更明显(P〈0.05),而日常生活活动能力计分则较对照组明显上升(P〈0.01)。提示观察组在恢复患者神经功能缺损和日常生活活动能力方面优于对照组。结论头针联合高压氧治疗脑梗死疗效优于常规治疗组,值得临床推广应用。

Observation of Clinical Effects with Scalp Acupuncture and HBO in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

Abstract:Objective To Investigate the clinical effects of scalp acupuncture and hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on treating cerebral infarction. Methods 240 cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group of 120 patients and the control group of 120 patients. The control group was only taken conventional drug treatment while the treatment group with additional scalp acupuncture and HBO therapy. Results In the treatment group, the cure rate was up to 52.5%, higher than that of the control group of 35%. The total effective rate in treatment group was 95% , higher than 87.5% in the control group. There was a significant difference between two groups (P〈0.05). The score of NIHSS was significantly lower than that in control group (P〈0.05), and the score of Barthel index was significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion The therapy with scalp acupuncture and HBO has significant curative effects in the treatment of cerebral infarction as control group and worth clinical popularization and application.
