| 摘 要： | 本文报道了复发性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)71例。通过临床分析,找出了再出血的发生规律。再出血的易发因素与性别、年龄、以及脑血管疾病有关。促发因素与高热、癫痫发作、生活和劳动不节、不能坚持绝对卧床时间及情绪变化有关。本文对其易发因素及促发因素提出了有效的防治措施。

| Abstract: | The recurrence of 71 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage was reported in this study, and the recurrence law was found. The susceptibility of recurrence had some relations with sex, age and other cerebral vascular diseases. The facilitation factors were high fever, seizures, no regulation in living and working, not lying in bed as long as necessary, and changes of emotion. Some effective methods were suggested to avoid the recurrence susceptibilitys and facilitatation factors. |
