| 摘 要： | 目的：探寻精神病患者肺结核临床与X线征象特点,加深认识、减少误诊。方法：搜集78例经临床确诊的精神病肺结核患者临床与X线资料进行回顾性分析。结果：①临床症状不明显、不典型;②精神病肺结核患者人群结构复杂,诊断、治疗不及时;③一旦发现,其病灶相对较严重,变化恢复较慢,并发症较多。结论：了解精神病患者肺结核临床流行病学及其X线表现,提高诊断的准确性。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the tuberculosis characteristics of psychotics in clinic and X-ray,enhance understanding and reduce misdiagnosis.Methods： Analyzing clinic and X-ray data retrospectively what＇s from 78 cases of psychotic pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosed.Results： ①Clinical symptom was not obvious and typical.②Structure of tuberculosis psychotics was complicated,so that they didn＇t get diagnosis and treatment in time.③Once found,their lesion was more serious relatively,and they get slower recovery and more complications.Conclusion： Understanding the performance in clinical epidemiology and X-ray of tuberculosis psychotics,improving diagnostic accuracy. |
