| 摘 要： | 目的：了解PICC置管在老年患者胃肠外营养中的应用。方法：将110例患者分为A、B两组,其中A组59例接受PICC置管,B组51例接受股静脉置管,对比两组穿刺成功率及并发症发生率。结果：A组穿刺成功率为93.22%,B组穿刺成功率为78.4%,A组明显高于B组（χ2=5.08,P〈0.05）;A组的并发症发生率与B组相比,局部渗血（59.3%vs 80.4%）,χ2=5.6867;导管脱落（1.7%vs 15.7%）,χ2=7.1281;局部感染（1.7%vs 11.8%）,χ2=4.6550;误入动脉（0 vs 9.8%）,A组并发症发生率明显低于B组,两组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在高龄老年患者肠外营养的应用中,PICC置管可以安全有效地替代股静脉置管。
