| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）发病率及与乙肝表面抗原（HBsAg）携带的相关性。方法：选取GDM孕妇100例为研究组,分为研究A组（GDM＋HBsAg阳性）和研究B组（GDM＋HBsAg阴性）,随机选取孕周匹配的正常孕妇100例为对照组。了解各组孕妇发生胎膜早破、早产、胎儿窘迫、妊娠期高血压疾病（PIH）、妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症（ICP）、产后出血发生率及围生儿结局。探讨GDM与HBsAg携带的关系。结果：研究组中A、B组的胎膜早破、早产、胎儿窘迫、PIH、ICP、产后出血发生率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组中A、B组的新生儿窒息、胎儿畸形、死胎、围生儿死亡发生率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究B组巨大儿发生率较研究A组及对照组发生率高,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：HBsAg携带为GDM的高危因素,两者叠加会加重妊娠并发症及影响围生儿结局。
