| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨川芎嗪注射液佐治婴幼儿哮喘疗效。方法：回顾性分析72例婴幼儿哮喘的临床资料。结果：观察组显效时间、有效时间分别是（11．83±1．25）d、（3．12±0．56）d；治疗组分别是（9．75±1．30）d、（2．11±0．36）d，经μ检验，差异均有高度统计学意义（均P〈O．01）。结论：川芎嗪注射液治疗婴幼儿哮喘较常规治疗该病能迅速纠正心力衰竭、呼吸衰竭及改善通换气功能，具有显著的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To discuss the effect of Ligustrazine Injection in treatment of Infant asthma. Methods： The clinical materials of 72 cases with infant asthma were retrospectively analyzed. Resulis： The markedly effective time of the observation group, the effective time were （11.83±1.25） d, （3.12±0.56） d respectively; those of treatment group were （9.75±1.30） d, （2.11±0.36） d respectively, both by u test, there were highly statistical significance （all P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Ligustrazine Injection in treatment of children with asthma compared with conventional treatment of the disease can quiekly correct the heart failure, respiratory failure and ventilatory function to improve significant effect. |
