| Abstract: | The humanistic curriculum integration and optimization in medical college for nationalities includes contents,resources,faculties and teachings.The humanistic curriculum integration and optimization is necessary to the development of medical sciences and the training of medical talents.Also,it must strengthen leadership and establish the reasonable performance appraisal mechanism. |
