| 摘 要： | 目的：研究应用营养筛查评分简表（NRS2002）评分在甲胎蛋白（AFP）、高尔基体糖蛋白73（GP73）高表达的患者中的应用价值。方法：对206例肝炎患者体重指数（BMI）、白蛋白、AFP、GP73的测定,利用NRS2002评分简表对患者进行评分,将患者分成营养风险组（A组）和非营养风险组（B组）,采用统计学方法对A、B组两组患者的AFP、GP73表达进行分析。结果：营养风险组所检测的AFP、GP73高表达率显著高于非营养风险组（P〈0.05）;营养风险组的CHB、肝硬化、原发性肝癌（PHC）患者AFP、GP73的表达逐渐增加;NRS2002分值越高,AFP、GP73表达亦增高。结论：结合NRS2002评分能更多地将无AFP、GP73高表达的患者被正确区分,从而提高AFP、GP73高表达的检出率。 |
