| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨阿魏酸钠（SF）对肺动脉高压右心功能不全的治疗效果。方法：将肺动脉高压右心功能不全患者47例随机分为SF组（常规治疗＋阿魏酸钠）和常规治疗组（对照组）,治疗组除常规治疗外加阿魏酸钠片100 mg,tid,2.5个月后行心功能改善情况评定,行血气分析比较氧分压、血氧饱和度变化,行心脏超声检查测量右室横径,根据三尖瓣反流估测肺动脉压。结果：①治疗后两组心功能改善的有效率分别为91.7%、65.2%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;②治疗SF组氧分压提高,肺动脉压降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：阿魏酸钠可改善肺动脉高压患者的右心功能,为肺动脉高压右心功能不全治疗的安全、有效的药物之一。
