健康指导及行为干预对老年糖尿病患者康复的价值分析

目的：探讨健康指导及行为干预对老年糖尿病患者康复的价值。方法：将80例老年糖尿病患者随机分为实验组和对照组，各40例。实验组除常规药物治疗外，对其实施健康教育、饮食干预、运动干预等，对照组维持患者原生活习惯，常规治疗，比较两组患者的康复效果。结果：实验组患者自我管理能力情况明显好转，与对照组相比，差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05），实验组治疗前后及实验组与对照组治疗后相比，下降幅度差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：对患者展开健康教育和行为干预，是糖尿病防治的一项行之有效的措施。
