彩色多普勒超声诊断异位妊娠的临床意义

目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断异位妊娠的临床意义。方法：对176例临床可疑异位妊娠的患者，采用经阴道二维超声、彩色多普勒（CDFI）进行检查，将超声结果与临床病理以及随访资料进行对比。结果：超声诊断异位妊娠148例，经临床手术及保守治疗后确诊143例，假阳性率0．2％，假阴性率0．14％，诊断准确率为96．6％。结论：彩色多普勒超声检查对异位妊娠诊断准确性高，对异位妊娠诊断直观、安全、方便、重复性好，能为临床提供可靠诊断依据，具有重要的临床应用价值，是诊断异位妊娠的首选检查方法。

Clinical assessment of ectopic pregnancy by color Doppler sonography
