小剂量螺内酯联合美托洛尔在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用

目的：探讨小剂量螺内酯联合美托洛尔在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2005年1月～2010年8月治疗的90例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用螺内酯进行治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用小剂量螺内酯联合美托洛尔进行治疗,后将两组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、血清脑钠肽、C-反应蛋白、左心室射血分数、心排血量进行检测及比较。结果：经观察比较发现,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组（97.8%vs 88.9%）,不良反应的总发生率低于对照组（8.8%vs 15.5%）,血清脑钠肽和C-反应蛋白水平均低于对照组（102.45±36.34）pg/L,（8.30±0.70）mg/L vs（305.49±104.41）pg/L,（16.00±0.89）mg/L],左心室射血分数和心排血量均高于对照组（59.85±3.40）%,（3.76±0.43）L/min vs（51.14±3.13）%,（3.12±0.50）L/min],P〈0.05或P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义或高度统计学意义。结论：小剂量螺内酯联合美托洛尔在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果较好,安全性也较高,值得推广应用。
