微波加清喉利咽颗粒治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎

摘    要:目的:探讨治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的有效方法。方法:将慢性肥厚性咽炎540例随机分为3组,治疗组采用微波治疗,结合术后口服清喉利咽颗粒,每次1袋,每日3次,共2周;对照组Ⅰ单纯口服清喉利咽颗粒,每次1袋,每日3次,共2周;对照组Ⅱ单纯采用微波治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.6%(172/180),对照组Ⅰ总有效率为66.1%(119/180),对照组Ⅱ总有效率为60.6%(109/180),治疗组与2个对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05),明显高于2个对照组。结论:微波加清喉利咽颗粒治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎可以获得明显的治疗效果,具有较好的临床价值。

Abstract:Objective:To probe into one effective therapy to cure chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis.Methods:540 cases with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis were randomly divided into three groups,180 cases in treatment group treated by the combined therapy with microwave followed by Qinghouliyan granules taked for 2 weeks,and 180 cases in control groupⅠtreated simply by Qinghouliyan granules,and 180 cases in control groupⅡ treated simply by microwave.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the other two control groups were 95.6%(172/180),66.1%(119/180) and 60.6%(109/180) respectively.There were significant differences of the therapeutic effect between the treatment group and the two control groups respectively(all P〈0.05),with the total effective rate of the treatment group being higher than other two control groups.Conclusion:The combined therapy with microwave followed by Qinghouliyan granules is very effective for the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis.
