| 摘 要： | 目的：建立用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定上感合剂中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法：用Diamonsil（钻石）C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）柱,甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液（50∶50）为流动相,检测波长为278 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min。结果：进样量在30～180μg范围内具有良好的线性关系;黄芩苷的平均回收率为99.14%,RSD为0.39%（n=6）。结论：该方法快速、方便,能准确检出上感合剂中黄芩苷的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of baicalin in Shanggan Mixture.Methods： The Diamonsil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） was used,methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid（50∶50）was used as mobile phase,the detective wavelength was 278 nm,flow rate was 1 ml/min.Results： A good linear correlation was obtained when sample content ranged from 30 μg/ml to 180 μg/ml.The average recovery of baicalin was 99.14% with RSD of 0.39%（n=6）.Conclusion： This method is quick,convenient,reliable and suitable to assay the content of baicalin in Shanggan Mixture. |
