摘    要:目的:考察在板蓝根种植中应用光合细菌菌剂后板蓝根和大青叶药材品质的提高。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-水(75:25)为流动相,检测波长为289 nm,分析大青叶中靛玉红的含量;按药典要求,用45%乙醇做溶剂测定板蓝根中醇溶性浸出物的含量。结果:使用光合细菌菌剂后,大青叶中靛玉红含量由0.11 mg/g增加为0.26 mg/g,增加了136.4%;板蓝根中浸出物的含量由42.2%增加为47.2%,提高了11.8%。结论:光合细菌菌剂可以提高板蓝根和大青叶的质量。

Abstract:Objective: To improve the quality of Radix Isatidis and Folium Isatidis by applying Photosynthetic Bacteria.Methods: HPLC method was used for analyzing the content of Indirubin in Folium Isatidis with methanol-water(75:25) as the mobile phase and detecting wavelength at 289 nm.According to Pharmacopoeia,45% ethanol was used as solvent to detect the content of ethanol-soluble extractive in Radix Isatidis.Results: After using Photosynthetic Bacteria,the content of indirubin in Folium Isatidis increased from 0...
