| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨多元化教学法用于院前急救培训的效果。方法：采用随机抽样法将2个班学生分成两组,对照组（1班）49名学生采用传统教学法,观察组（2班）53名学生在教学中采用多元化教学法进行教学操作示范培训,通过理论考试、技能考核成绩及教学效果问卷等调查方法观察两组学生的培训结果。结果：两组比较,观察组学生成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：多元化教学法能够明显提高学生的学习兴趣,促进创新和实践能力的培养,提高院前急救能力。
