| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高压氧治疗对皮瓣移植存活率的影响。方法：选取我院皮瓣移植患者120例，将其随机分为实验组（68例）和对照组（52例）；对照组术后常规预防皮瓣坏死，实验组在常规预防皮瓣坏死措施的基础上加用高压氧治疗；观察两组患者的皮瓣存活情况。结果：实验组皮瓣坏死3例（皮瓣坏死发生率为4．41％），对照组皮瓣坏死11例（皮瓣坏死发生率为21．15％），两组比较差异有统计学意义（X^2=8．267，P〈0．05）。结论：皮瓣移植术后加用高压氧治疗．可明显提高皮瓣存活率。
