股骨头缺血性坏死CT及MRI诊断比较

目的：评价股骨头缺血性坏死CT及MRI影像学特点及对股骨头缺血性坏死的诊断差异。方法：对临床拟诊的46例股骨头坏死患者行CT及MRI扫描，阅片后总结影像学特点，并对两种检测方法检出率差异进行比较。结果：股骨头坏死在CT影像学特点主要表现为关节间隙异常，股骨头星芒样或新月形缺损，骨囊性变以及骨小梁密度改变，MRI影像学特点主要表现为股骨头T1WI低信号、T2wI高信号或T，WI、T2WI混杂高信号。MRI检出率为97．4％，CT检出率为89．5％，MRI检出率高于CT检出率。结论：股骨头坏死在CT及MRI扫描中呈现特征性的影像学特点，能够定性诊断，MRI对病变程度评估更为准确。

Control study of CT and MRI to diagnosis on avascular necrosis of the femoral head
