| 摘 要： | 目的：分析声带息肉发病的危险因素，探讨该病的预防措施及术后的康复指导。方法：对2007年10月~2008年10月在我院门诊经喉镜检查诊断为声带息肉的98例患者的性别、年龄、职业、用声情况进行调查分析。结果：调查显示环境嘈杂、饮酒、用声时间、嗓音误用四个因素是致声带息肉的危险因素。结论：为患者提供嗓音保健知识，术后给予全面的康复指导有利于预防该疾病的发生及术后复发。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the risk factors and nursing methods for benign disorders of vocal cords.Methods: 168 patients suffered from dysfunctional vocal disease were identified by laryngoscopy in PLA general hospital,and compared with 153 persons of normal adults from October 2007 to October 2008 retrospectively.Results: We found that five factors: career,noisy environment,drinking,time-dependant of vocal sound and voice misusing,were highly relative to benign disorders of vocal cord.Conclusion: The knowl... |
