| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨健康教育在改善老年冠心病患者治疗依从性及血脂水平中的效果。方法：选取2008年1月～2010年6月我院80例老年冠心病患者，将其随机分为对照组（40例）和观察组（40例）。对照组采用常规治疗模式进行治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加强健康教育，并对两组患者治疗前后的治疗依从性、相关知识知晓情况及血脂水平进行检测及比较。结果：经研究发现，观察组的治疗依从性明显高于对照组，相关知识治疗情况好于对照组，TCH、LDL—C及TG均低于对照组，HDL—C水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：健康教育在改善老年冠心病患者治疗依从性及血脂水平的效果较佳，值得推广应用。
