| 摘 要： | 目的：研究中药育发液对小鼠耳廓微循环及皮肤温度的影响。方法：以101育发液为阳性药，通过测量小鼠耳廓微循环的PU值及给药后不同时问点的小鼠皮肤温度，研究中药育发液对小鼠耳廓微循环及皮肤温度的影响。结果：与空白组（75％乙醇组）比较，中药育发液高、中、低剂量组能显著改善小鼠耳廓微循环；给药2h后，与空白组（75％乙醇组）比较，中药育发液高、中、低剂量组能显著提高小鼠皮肤表面温度（P〈O．01）。结论：中药育发液可以提高小鼠皮肤温度并增加小鼠耳廓微循环血流量，具有改善小鼠耳廓微循环的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of Chinese herbal hair renewal liquid on skin temperature and auricle microcirculation. Methods：The hair renewal liquid 101 was used as a positive control group to determine the PU and temperature to observe the effect of Chinese herbal hair renewal liquid. Results： Chinese herbal hair renewal liquid can significantly improve microcirculation disturbance and increase the temperature of the mouse skin 2 hour after the treatment compared with the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Chinese herbal hair renewal liquid can increase the mice skin temperature and improve microcirculation disturbance in mice. |
